What is the NFL Alumni?

The NFL Alumni is comprised of two distinct non-profit membership organizations, the NFL Alumni Association and NFL Alumni Charities. The NFL Alumni serves its retired player members and their families through the NFL Alumni Association and supports youth and community charities through NFL Alumni Charities. The NFL Alumni eagerly pursues greater benefits and the implementation of programmatic services devoted to enhancing the health, productive acuity of retired NFL players and their families.

What’s in it for me?

Who can access the Membership information provided?

How can my spouse get involved?

Your spouse or significant other can become an Official NFL Alumni member for $50.

How long does my membership last?

Your membership will last one full year beginning on the date you sign up and ending the same day the following year.

Where is the National Office located?

The NFL Alumni’s National Office is located in Newark, New Jersey.

How can I update my personal contact information?

Go to the profile page at memberservice@nflaalumniplayers.com and you can change or update your personal contact information.

What should I do if I am not receiving Member's Club e-mails?

Please confirm your e-mail address on your Member Profile. If address is correct please contact us at 1-855-NFLA-NOW (1-855-635-2669) or  memberservice@nflalumniplayers.com

What materials should I expect to receive?

You will receive a Membership Guide and an Official NFL Alumni Membership card for the current year approximately 3-4 weeks after renewing or joining the NFL Alumni.

What if I do not receive a Membership guide or my Membership guide is damaged?

Please double check your mailing address and call us at 1-855-NFLA-NOW (1-855-635-2669) or memberservice@nflalumniplayers.com

If your Membership guide is damaged, Members should contact the Member Services team at 1-855-NFLA-NOW (1-855-635-2669) and a representative will track the package and follow up with you.

I lost my Membership card, how do I get a new one?

Please call us at 1-855-NFLA-NOW (1-855-635-2669) if you have lost your membership card and we can send you a new one.

Does the NFL Alumni allow Members to join without an e-mail address?

The NFL Alumni does not allow Members to join with without an e-mail address.

The e-mail address is important to receiving all of your member benefits. If you do not have an e-mail address, we recommend signing up for a free e-mail address through the many e-mail carriers such as Yahoo, Google, Microsoft/MSN and many others.

How do I cancel my account?

Please call our Member Services team at 1-855-NFLA-NOW (1-855-635-2669) if you would like to cancel your account.  We do not accept cancellation requests through email.

What is a Chapter?

NFL Alumni Chapters are comprised of thousands of members nationwide. From coast to coast, Chapters have been formed and used by NFL Alumni to network and connect with former teammates.

These Chapters are the backbone of this organization, and are instrumental in carrying out our mission of improving the quality of life of retired players and increasing out philanthropic footprint. They have formalized these commitments by hosting fundraising events, engaging in community service activities and being a resource to former players.
